I worked in the same group with Kim at Baker Hughes for more than ten years. During our time working together, Kim exemplified the core values of integrity, leadership, performance and teamwork. She was a great teammate, always willing to help and go the extra mile to get the job done. She stepped up to work on a wide variety of projects, and proved to be a valuable resource in the development of new products. In particular, she was instrumental in developing new hydrogen sulfide scavengers. In addition to being a dependable colleague, she has been a trustworthy friend. Kim would be a great addition to any team providing chemical research and development and technical support services.

I personally know and worked with Kim Phan for the past 15 years, and can truly express my full support and endorsement for her kind personality, knowledge and professionalism in every matter. Kim is experienced scientist with strong technical skills in fuel additives, scale and flow assurance and R&D structure. She has extensive experience in additives in oil and gas industry specialty chemicals, successfully supporting operations and application business for years. Kim utilized a number of ASTM methods for testing and qualifications of additives, and specialized in standardized instrumentation techniques, measurements and results representation. Kim is very systematic in scientific approach. She has experience in various techniques and methods related to studies of petroleum, fuels and water in various conditions and environment from the field, which was applied for troubleshooting feedback of operational parameters and treatment adjustments. In addition, she was instrumental in development of hydrogen-sulfide scavengers, testing, performance and representation of field parameters so that is successfully transferred to Operations and Sales practices. I would highly recommend Kim, with her experience and hardworking and learning skills. Appreciate your attention and any questions you might have, please do not hesitate to contact me.
