I have worked with Kim in varying professional capacities over the course of my career and I have found her to be a pleasure to work with. As a professional, Kim is knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of development. From working with donors, volunteers and board members to developing community partners and planning events, Kim is strategic, organized, detail oriented, creative, and most importantly, she executes flawlessly. On a personal level, I know Kim to be a kind and thoughtful person. She is able to find common ground with people and has succeeded in developing many long lasting personal and professional relationships.

Kim Bihler is one of the most capable, conscientious, organized and hard-working people I’ve ever been around. I can say without hesitation that she would be an asset to any organization and would be a game-changer for any nonprofit looking to up its game in fundraising and special events. I worked side-by-side with Kim for six years at Western Reserve Land Conservancy. It was a challenging time for all, since the organization had only recently been created through a merger of land trusts. I marveled at how Kim could keep dozens of events organized at one time, never missing a beat or a deadline. The demands were pretty severe – one year we staged more than 100 events. Kim not only kept all those events on track but also found ways to do things as economically as possible. In the nonprofit field, this is an incredibly undervalued attitude and skillset. I also found Kim to be extremely attentive to our donor base. She understands the value of good stewardship. In addition, she is cognizant of a nonprofit’s need to ask, thank, report and repeat – and the need to do it in that order. On a personal note, Kim is honest, compassionate the likeable. She embodies all the things I appreciate in the people with whom I associate. I strongly recommend Kim Bihler as an employee and as a person.
