During my time of working in the office of Golden Hands Home Care Ltd, I had a duty to complete the running daily tasks, such as digital and verbal communications with the stakeholders of the company and service users, provide administration service for our staff and other professionals in the health and social care work field and plenty of problem solving, due to my sole responsibility of tackling daily concerns. Our main focus is to handle and adapt our best services during the pandemic. However, I have been given an opportunity to express my creative skills to the company by creating advertising and digital content for the website, facebook adverts for care staff recruitment and service users. I am monitoring the results of the adverts by using the promotional tools offered by facebook, as I suggest to expand the reach of audience by using a paid feature for a 'boosted post'. This has helped the company gain potential and new staff across Essex. Show less

Involving styling, sales and Visual merchandising in the Fenwicks store. My main role is to ensure that the customers of AllSaints are happy with their garments and were given further guidance in what they desire to purchase. It is essential to work as a team to communicate with other Customer Stylists to get daily tasks complete and ensuring the store floor and stock were organised and kept presentable. Interning as a PR assistant in Jigsaws PR office, I learnt how to organise and keep up with the in-house PR system by managing the sample garments, categorising them back on the allocated rails/shelf and updating the documentation on the Jigsaw Microsoft data base. Every day, I was responsible for collecting the daily features of Jigsaw from the print, social media and digital media outlets, so I could add it to the end of week report, demonstrating the results of the PR work. As a Fashion cupboard assistant, I was kept busy by documenting on dockets filling in the brand, the description and date of the daily samples that were sent to the stylist. I was constantly organising and keeping the fashion cupboard tidy and ensuring the samples are kept in the correct category. I would sometimes run errands to return some of the garments to PR agencies and brands, so I spent enough time travelling and getting familiar with the public transport of London. Towards the end of the internship, I was given a great opportunity to assist and support a whole team of photographers, stylists, stylist assistants, hair stylists and makeup artists on set of the shooting location. I was able to gain insight on the creation of content that will be featured in the SS19 issue and I was fortunate enough to see what went on behind the scenes. Show less

as a seasonal Sales assistant, I was only working temporarily while studying. I was able to expand my customer service experience by working on the store front and behind the till. I was constantly busy ensuring that all garments and products were presentable and tidy while making sure the customers needs were met and prepared to answer any queries on their chosen garments. as a seasonal Sales assistant, I was only working temporarily while studying. Interning as an E-commerce Photo Studio assistant was an exciting experience as I was able to get insight on how the system of creating content for the online store was made. I was assisting the still life photographer and stylist for all of the individual garments, as well as assisting the set of live shoots with models. I was able to see the process of the images go through to the retouch department, where they were edited and ready for commercial use. I was fortunate enough to briefly meet Mr William Kim who was the CEO at the time, as he often visited the head quarters studio. I was given my first opportunity to assist on set in a studio based in Dalston Kingston. I ensured that the garments were ready for styling and supported the team in anyway I can to help with equipment and follow the team of photographers and stylists to different locations around the area.
