Bio
Lorraine Dooley
Kim and I were classmates in a masters program together at BU. She was always very astute, thoughtful, intelligent, and prepared. Kim regularly brought valuable insights to discussions and was an asset to the class.
Rebecca DiMattia
As Mount Ida's Registrar, Kimberly was an excellent supervisor and professional mentor. She brought much-needed leadership and significant improvements to the office and the college. Kimberly was quick to identify and prioritize areas that needed improvement, then efficiently implemented sensible new policies and procedures. Her understanding of relevant technical matters became invaluable as we worked towards improving college-wide procedures. She showed sincere concern for the health, well-being and professional development of her staff. For example, she made relatively simple changes to the structure and orientation of our desks: this improved our physical comfort in the office, as well as our communication with each other and our customer service. She encouraged me to develop my technical skills, expand my participation in policy development and constructively critiqued my professional communication skills. This was my first "real job" after graduating from college, and Kimberly was the first person to supervise me for more than a few months. She set an excellent example of professionalism, precision, collegiality and effective communication, and learning from these examples has been invaluable to me in my career. I am happy to provide further details. Please feel free to contact me.
