Kim worked her way through Communications Specialist, to Communications Manager, then to Communications Supervisor, and eventually ended up as our Strategic Communications Operations Manager. In a span of four years, she received four promotions. I feel if I were to leave it there, in my mind, this would be enough of an endorsement. I cannot though because I do not believe her goal was just to increase in status within the company. I truly believe it was to be as professional as could be while doing what she loved. There was a time she was willing to pay out of pocket for a service that would make her more of an effective employee. Approval was taking longer than usual to pass through procurement and her solution was in her willingness to purchase it herself sans reimbursement. Her direct communication and pursuit of the best intentions shine through in her dedication to the Public Relation Industry.
