  I started at KCnG as a Process Technician. I was the second process tech hired for the new company. During the first few months I mastered the job and then when we added on a few more employees I moved up to Supervisor. For the next year and a half I taught the new hires how to do the job, and with the process techs that had been there over a month evaluated their performance and taught them how to improve their performance. After we had two full shifts and found a Process Tech with qualified leadership skills and motivating characteristics to replace my supervisor position I was promoted to Operations Associate. I could mentor the new supervisors, work with the Operations Manager to learn the business side of the company, along with working with engineers to create work instructions, update part information along with bring new material in for our company to process and grow.
