My duties with Assurance Electrical Services (also known as "AES") include the following: General administrative support for Master Electrician; Prepare and file all documents necessary to form a legal entity, including but not limited to: Articles of Organization, Member’s Agreement, Operating Agreement, etc.; Recruit, interview, and hire employee; Create and maintain employee pay plan and benefits package; Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements; Create contract language for bids and lien waiver documents; Create and maintain client database system; Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable; Create job estimates and invoices; Schedule jobs and maintain calendar; Daily communication with employee, subcontractors, customers, part suppliers, utility companies, and city inspectors via telephone, email, and in person; Marketing, including but not limited to creating and maintaining website and social media pages, facilitate company sponsorship of events; Collections, including but not limited to pursing outstanding invoices via telephone, email, formal correspondence, small claims actions, and earnings garnishments Show less
