I have closed an average of 150 loans and $50 Million annually since coming to SECU. Through strong relationships built with branch staff, realtors, financial planners and local business partnerships I have established an excellent source of mortgage referrals. I work directly with the borrowers to complete each step of the mortgage loan process. I analyze credit history, stability, ability to pay, property history, assets, etc. and approve or deny the application based Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA underwriting guidelines. I also refer back to my referral sources with HELOC's, Commercial loans, Retail and Business Banking opportunities. Show less
