Through Empire College, NYSUT ELT, and the WGSU and CNYOC Teaching Centers, I have successfully led teachers from multiple school districts to achieve National Board certification. These teachers deeply examine their practice through performance-based assessments and this has resulted in a positive effect on student learning.
