(1) check and review the completeness and correctness of the procurement, disbursement, and liquidation documents/forms attached to the Cash Disbursement Register and Liquidation Report submitted by the branches and Office of the Clerk of Court (OCC) to the SDO; (2) prepare four (4) sets of the Consolidated Cash Disbursement Register and Consolidated Liquidation Report, with complete supporting documents, and submit two (2) sets to the Property Division, Office of Administrative Services (OAS), OCA, within the required period; (3) prepare Acknowledgment Receipts relative to the release of MOOE funds and Refund Receipts relative to the refund thereof; (4) adopt a system of monitoring and recording the amount released to, liquidated and refunded by each branch and OCC; (5) adopt a system of filing original copies of all documents/reports for audit purposes; (6) monitor the submission by the branches/OCC of the required reports/documents; (7) assist the branches/OCC on MOOE related activities; (8) perform other court duties assigned by the SDO relative to the subject MOOE program and in accordance with the guidelines approved by the Supreme Court, as well as attend seminars, workshops, and conferences.
