I started as a staff PT and quickly transitioned into the Manager role for Rehabilitation Services. We had 2 main off-site locations with PT and OT, while also covering inpatient therapy needs at the hospital, support of our work comp program with industrial pre-employment screenings as well as on-site evaluations and creation of injury prevention programs, sport programs with injury prevention programs run by PTs and ATCs, development of vestibular and post-concussion programs, Multiple Sclerosis PT/OT evaluations with neurology. I still worked about 50% of the time with orthopedic patients but mainly with lymphedema patients, wound care, post-op breast cancer or plastic surgery patients. Show less
