  I currently manage the work of LE Records Supervisors, the System Security Administrator, and I oversee supervision of LE Records Specialists. Our Records Unit is a 24/7/365 operation that consists of 22 personnel, and we are cross trained on over 50 job tasks including warrant entries, police report review, etc. I am CN1 certified in NCIC/METERS, and am also a certified instructor by MPCTC standards.   I supervised 6 employees on third shift (1600-2400 hrs.) for the 24/7/365 Records Unit. As a supervisor, I took on administrative duties such as compiling the monthly UCR report, and I also assisted in various job tasks that were handled mainly by my shift.

  I was cross trained on over 50 job tasks and specialized in police report review. I thrived working in a team environment, but also worked independently and efficiently by myself on weekends and holidays. I became CN1 NCIC certified and also instructor certified through MPCTC. I began teaching NCIC for the agency and other local municipalities.
