Oversee the daily operations of camp, design curriculum, assist in the hiring and training of staff members, evaluate and provide feedback to staff members, implement activities, communicate with parents, manage social media, research best practices, and collaborate with the camp director. Camp PAL's focus is on youth development and social and emotional learning and growth for campers ages 3- 8th grade. Teach K-3 Piano and 4-8 Band (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced) to 200 students in 8 Chicagoland Area schools. Provide small group sectional as well as large group full ensemble rehearsal instruction, direct concerts and recitals, facilitate student participation in solo contest and honor band, assist in company-wide musical performances and events, recruit students through the city and suburbs.
