Previously I was the Community Liaison and Client Care Associate for Protem Homecare and Hospice Service. I bring my experience in marketing and business administration to the company opening our Westside location at the beginning of November. I am making it my personal goal to meet with facilities, agencies and care coordinators on Westside to expand our servicing area. I was able to provide great service to our clients, setting up homecare and following up with clients checking progress and reporting back to the referral facility on client status making sure that satisfaction has gone beyond expectations.
