Kim rises to the challenge of magazine publishing by anticipating and removing barriers before they become a problem. Production is an environment where you succeed by forecasting the timeline before it unfolds, so you can inform and prepare your teammates for what lies ahead and smooth the way or course-correct as needed -- Kim excels at this.
