Public speaking -Present Body Safety, Internet Safety, Sexual Assault Awareness programs for K-12th grade within an 8 county region, to include over 100 schools. -Engage with local businesses, churches and groups who want to be informed on community statistics and prevention techniques. Community Engagement -Participate in Back-to-School (K-12, college) fairs, Holiday events, Etown Comic Con, etc by setting up displays, giving out information packets, Silverleaf merchandise. -Initiate and continue communication with community partners (and potential partners) for Silverleaf advertising and participation at events. Research -Continued program revision for up-to-date statistics, and use of best evidence based practices for most effective prevention leadership. Organization -Constant preparation for each class taught to include materials and videos, logistics, computer literacy, and contact information. Advocacy -On-call rotation for in-person hospital advocacy for sexual assault survivors upon admittance, to provide comfort, resources, and act as liaison for medical and forensic information concerning situation. -On-call rotation for centers 24-hour Crisis Support Hot-Line, as well as Chat Line, offering crisis care. -Acts as a Mandatory Reporter to any individual (to include children) who discloses sexual assault. -40 hours of Silverleaf training, -current in yearly PD credit hours (with additional hours)
