Provide emotional support to clients and their family members and co-workers. Provide end-of-life care to patients and their families. Served as a relief charge nurse to manage departmental throughput. Led and participated in staff education, quality improvement programs and initiatives along with assisting with annual skills fair. Patient rounding, to facilitate an environment of cultural excellence in order to maintain patient, family, and physician satisfaction.
