In addition to providing housing and support for persons with HIV/AIDS, they found a niche providing much needed technical support for other non-profits. This arm of their business included networking and PC services, computer training, and software development. During my tenure at Caracole I managed the networking and PC services as well as provided sales and project management support for the technical services. After being promoted to Director of Technology the software services were using resources beyond the core mission and was becoming untenable. As Director I provided leadership during the acquisition of Caracole’s software development services by the Partnership Center
