Harvard University Graduate School of Education Study - Marketing Outreach and Data Coordinator
-
Sep 2017 - Feb 2018
In an effort to recruit daycare providers for this study - the largest of its kind in early education - my primary role was to cold call child care providers, quickly explain the study benefits and encourage their participation. Providers were often busy dealing with the kids in their care, so I needed to swiftly engage with them and sign them up. After each communication, I logged detailed call information and updates into the database so other team members and managers could monitor my progress. As a result of my performance in the first phase of the study I was asked to work on the second phase which involved follow-up and confirmation of recruited providers. Show less

Project Supervisor
-
Oct 2000 - Oct 2001
Hired to create and develop a workflow process for the Direct Marketing and Interactive groups, which were growing, but in need of structure. Worked closely with all department group heads to determine issues in workflow, procedure and quality control and provide both immediate and long-term solutions. Created detailed documentation of the Direct and Interactive processes that included each phase of a project, necessary actions, including any approvals, paperwork, etc., who was responsible for each phase and acceptable time frames. As a result, projects moved through the agency faster and at lower cost; which allowed the agency to take on additional clients/projects. Collected feedback and answered questions from team-members and management about the process changes and documentation Enforced these new processes through day-to-day management of projects Assessed creative team skill sets and workloads with Creative Director in order to maintain fair and even distribution of work Kept team members, managers and directors updated by leading weekly client status meetings Show less
