I had the pleasure and privilege of working closely with Kimberly for over 4 years. In that time, she showed exceptional leadership skills and always engaged with people whether she was training or public speaking. Because of her experience in team building - whether one on one, in small groups or entire auditoriums, she is very 'relatable', a great communicator and is always prepared for the task at hand. Kimberly brings out the best in people because of her own 'can-do' attitude. She has a positive influence on those around her and helps people believe in themselves by building them up and giving them the confidence that they can succeed in their goals as she continues to do. Kimberly has been a great business partner and friend who would be a great asset to any organization.
