It is a rare opportunity to have a sales manager like Kimberly who will support you, educate you and mentor you in such a way that your capabilities become strengths and your weaknesses become capabilities. My background has always been in customer service, but without a focus in sales. Kimberly has a way of nurturing you out of your comfort zone and next thing you know you're making those calls you had been putting off. She has a very real and practical approach to her sales technique, and sometimes its as simple as calling to say Hi and nurturing a rapport with your customer base. I was truly blessed to have had the experience of working under Kimberly's direction, and have found that even though I stepped back into a different career path, her insights and suggestions hold much truth and practical application. I am also pleased to stay she has had such an impact I still consider her a mentor and I still call when I need focus in my current career. Thank you Kimberly.
