  I began as a Design Assistant, carried the company from a rolodex to a paper-free work environment, and created the new position of Project Manager. The company had four designers with no central nervous system recording any of their dozens of clients and project. In order to give more frequent status updates to our clients, I manufactured a shared spreadsheet that told the story of each project from the first transaction, through ordering and workroom coordination, to final installation. A comprehensive view of each and every project is now available to our designers, the labor coordinator, our ordering manager, the new design assistant, and our store owners. During the struggles of lockdown and supply chain delays, I adsorbed the responsibilities of Business Manager. I now handle the logistics of our operations, our accounts payable, and our vendor relations.
