Kim is a very dedicated and smart person. Her job as the operations manager really requires her to be able to deal with people from across the company and coordinate their efforts. I have worked with her for 7 years and she had done a good job at whatever task she had to work with, from talking to customers, to planning inventory and production schedules. I don't know how the rest of us can do our jobs without her keeping everything on track.
