Responsible for approximately 3.4 million square feet of leased space for various Federal Government agencies throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), Public Building Service (PBS), General Services Administration (GSA).As the team's Supervisory Building Manager responsible to provide direction to the Senior Building Managers who serve as technical advisors in the area of facilities, operations, and management by providing advice and support to management and program officials including authoritative interpretations of GSA policies regulations, space allocations and arrangements, emergency, repair, maintenance, and general facilities and buildings operations.Supervise and substantially maintains the accuracy of team performance and identifies best practices to assist in maintaining the integrity of work. Provide training and identifies opportunities for improvement of internal processes.Advises tenant agencies on the development of plans, specifications, statements of work, and construction drawings for proposed reimbursable work authorized projects. Evaluate performance criteria, solicit contractors for quotes, execute cost or price analysis, prepare independent government estimates (IGE) and complete procurement request packages with appropriate funding attached for the execution by the Lease Contracting Officer for proposed project improvements to the facility
