Kimberly Waterhouse of Berkshire Hathaway is truly remarkable! We cannot rave enough about Kimberly and our recent home search with her. We initially found her through a serendipity and are so glad we did. Together, we looked at nearly 50 houses across the entire landscape of Jacksonville, and all in a jam-packed long weekend. We are relocating from Austin, Texas and could only come for a 4-day in person search. She was absolutely dedicated and determined to help us find our new home. She is knowledgeable, responsive, collaborative, supportive, and FUN! We look forward to collaborating over the next few weeks on various related matters, and we are so thankful for Kimberly, our soon to be new Jacksonville home, and the entire experience.
