Kimberly is the center piece of the Siding Marketing Team. She came into LP replacing me as the Office Administrator to the team and her dependablility, organizational skills and ability to take charge of a task and drive it to completion in the most efficient manner quickly became evident. She stays on top of projects and ensures managers and collegues around her remain grounded and focused. Her intelligience and ambition allows the Siding Team to take on larger projects as since day one she has gone above and beyond the defined responsibilities of her position. Kimberly is very detail oriented and has demonstrated strong leadership skills and you never have to worry about things falling through the cracks - you hand it off to her and it gets done. She is always willing to step up and take on the issue at hand regardless of how complex. Her skills are valued throughtout the company and she has been pulled into various other departments when they are in need of stability and structure - all while maintaining her responsibilities in Siding. Kimberly's personality, energy and kindness are evident in everything she does and I still find myself calling her for advice in both personal and business issues. I would be honored to work with Kimberly again as words cannot describe how much of an invaluable asset she would be to any organization.
