-Serves as administrator for the Statewide Professional Standards Program and liaison to the Statewide Professional Standards Review Committee -Maintains statewide grievance and professional standards appointments; organizes and schedules meetings and hearings as requested and/or required; assures completion of all necessary documents and paperwork required for the hearing process -Maintains all governing documents relative to the program -Stays abreast of changes as required by NAR and/or State Law -Educates members on the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards services -Responsible for the maintenance and filing of the Association’s governing documents including but not limited to: Board of Directors, Bylaws, Strategic Plan, Policy Manual etc. Show less
