NationaLease is one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, with over 1,000 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and a combined customer fleet of over 180,000 tractors, trucks, and trailers. The company provides comprehensive fleet management services for private fleets and transportation service providers.As a part of the member services team, I help to support member goals through communication, information management, and resource offerings. One area of focus is improving the integrity of member contact and location information in our CRM database through regular updates and an extensive annual census. I also actively seek out member needs and concerns to improve upon existing procedures and program offerings to allow members to be more competitive in their markets.

As both a member of a team and later a team lead, I provided supervision to children ages 2 through 18 in therapeutic group home settings for boys, girls, and siblings. I prepared meals and activities as well as transported children to and from school, activities, and appointments. I utilized conflict resolution techniques learned in the many trainings that I completed in this role. Additionally, I documented development and behavioral difficulties and strides each day and attended regular meetings to discuss how our team could further ensure the welfare of each child.
