Responsible for devising, implementing and managing CMG’s business development, program management and information technology initiatives. Responsible for meeting a $550 Million annual target for Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) revenue, building a portfolio of $100 Million in follow-on production contracts and maintaining a pipeline of over $3 Billion. Oversee CMG’s acquisition operations, including the project award processes, Enterprise Resource Planning, and consortium member technology transition planning. Responsible for developing and implementing tailored acquisition processes with innovative solicitation processes and contract structures to better align with unique government requirements. Lead a team of program/project managers responsible for overseeing a $3B active project portfolio to ensure that cost, schedule and performance goals are met. Responsible for directing the development and implementation of CMG’s Enterprise Knowledge Management System to streamline business functions and expand its services to the Government. Responsible for improving the cyber security posture of CMG by transitioning its data systems to the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)-approved GovCloud environment.
