      1997-1998: Traveled every day between LCCH and ODH performing all scheduled sonograms, including general, cardiac, and vascular exams. Used Cemax-Icon teleradiology system to send studies between hospitals and to traveling radiologists. Provided occasional on-call exams. Processed ultrasound films from a matrix printer at LCCH. 2008-2010: Performed scheduled sonograms, using a Siemens ultrasound machine. Used Novarad PACS, CPSI, and Virtual Radiologic systems for exam reporting and archiving. Obtained my Registered Vascular Technologist credential from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. 2010-2014 Assisted in the purchase of a new shared-service Philips Ultrasound Machine. Developed and opened a new cardiac ultrasound lab to the Lake Chelan Community, including marketing the modality.       Worked as a contracted Sonographer/Echocardiographer through October of 2014 as well at this same facility. Performed duties as a sonographer, echocardiographer, and vascular technologist, with approximately 130 examinations per month. Responsible for all Department of Radiology supervisory duties including staff hiring/firing and evaluation, acting as a liaison between radiology staff and hospital administration, equipment purchases, budgetary duties, quality assurance, administration of the Novarad PACS system, writing of policies and procedures, scheduling, and ordering supplies (among many other responsibilities.) Technological advances under my supervision included the upgrade to PACS; purchase of a helical CT scanner, dry laser printer, and C-Arm; the addition of Computed Radiography; purchase of a new shared service (general, cardiac, and vascular) and 3-D capable ultrasound machine; addition of a Rad-X film viewer; addition of MRI services (due in February 2006); and upgrading to Digital Fluoroscopy (March 2006.) Integration of a new hospital information system (CPSI) and phone system (Nortel) took place and the department became completely DICOM compatible with the exception of Mammography during my tenure as supervisor.
