  I was given the opportunity to work with both the Scotland and International teams with providing administrative which allowed me to demonstrate my organisation skills as well as my ability to complete tasks on time. I co-hosted and provided technical support for different programmes which were delivered virtually using Zoom. I also carried out a research project for the Education Team to gain information about potential competitors. Additionally, I assisted the Marketing Manager by condensing case studies and also worked with the Learning and Development Manager, helping to write up plans for learning sessions. I was also involved in helping the HR function to look after the Academy team’s wellbeing. I prepared and helped run quiz sessions for the Academy's team day and for one of the town hall meetings. I did a lot of admin for the wellbeing app, ensuring that everyone was able to access the app and encouraged staff engagement. I also assisted with HR administration tasks and helped with plans to get the team back in the offices when lockdown restrictions were eased.
