  I worked as a HR Intern, this was initially a 12 month fixed term contract. However, 6 months into the role I was promoted to the HR Assistant. Key duties included: timely administrative support to HR team and management, maintained HR databases, supported hiring managers with recruitment, selection and induction process,supported management with grievance/disciplinary and outcome hearings,implemented various initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale and assisted in the creation of an internship programme and enrolled it throughout the Company.
