  In this highly reputable role at Lutheran Youth of Queensland, I prioritise connections with Christian, Lutheran and Independent Colleges across Queensland. Working with thousands of young people from across Queensland, I manage and equip a team of professional facilitators to deliver high quality leadership, relationship and mental health programs. In correspondence with principals, key school leaders and teachers I develop and tailor full-day/camp length workshops to engage with the current needs of young people. I value personal growth, connections and relationships in this fast-paced leadership position. Working alongside staff from Lutheran Youth of Queensland and our Campsite (Luther Heights and Koojareown Youth Camp) staff, I am equipped and competent in areas such as business management, staff management, student learning needs, public relations and marketing. I have thrived within this position and developed my understanding of Education significantly, through connecting and teaching young people between the Years of 3 - 12. Expanding my capability and competency in such regard has allowed me opportunity to evolve my business and sharpen my skills in all regards.
