I am writing this recommendation from the time that I worked alongside Kimmy as an account executive in one of the customer support processes at Ajuba. All through the while that I've worked with her, one main characteristic that I've noticed about her is her pleasant personality and customer friendly attitude. This comes across from her to those who are on the phone and in person and that immediately put the person who she is interacting with at ease. It goes into every thing she does right from her tone on the call, her call opening, call closing etc. She has a really customer friendly voice and I've noticed that she always managed to have smooth conversations with the people on the phone.
