I have personally experienced Kim being open and eager to learn new methods, ideas, and business concepts. She often attended my leadership development courses, always seeking clarification and understanding. Kim is one of those persons that wants to "do the right thing" and follow guidelines for success. Not only is Kim bi-lingual (Spanish), she is loyal, steady, calm, analytical, and introspective. Those traits and characteristics allow her to have the thinking skills and fortitude to give great customer service, be an active listener as a team member, and to uphold the standards set forth within any organization.
