  • To support the Scheme Manager in the day to day management of the housing Scheme and Deputise in her absence. • Line manage the Assistant Supported Housing Officers with 1-2-1’s and yearly PDR. • Support with the security and health and safety of the Scheme ensuring that it operates in accordance with the standards set out in the Corporate Health and Safety Policy. Ensure risks are continually assessed and addressed in accordance with the organisations risk management framework. Communicating with contractors where required. • Manage the staff rotas, overtime, and sickness. Book meetings. • Assist with the process of assessments for residents moving into the Scheme with tenancy sign ups, and the process of them moving out. Notify relevant teams as necessary. • Liaise with and make referrals to External Agencies and Individuals, including Social Services, Health Authorities, Doctors, Relatives, and Voluntary Groups to facilitate the necessary support for Residents and attend meetings. • Ensure the quality person-centred support plans are completed, and reviewed. • Manage conflict and low level anti- social behaviour. • Report safeguarding issues following agreed procedure, and monitor that they are carried out in a timely manner. • Assist with the facilitation of social activities, and events on the scheme. • Handle the petty cash which is used for social activities, guest room bookings, use of the hire for meeting rooms and ordering fobs for door entry.
