Notify relevant teams as necessary. • Liaise with and make referrals to External Agencies and Individuals, including Social Services, Health Authorities, Doctors, Relatives, and Voluntary Groups to facilitate the necessary support for Residents and attend meetings. • Ensure the quality person-centred support plans are completed, and reviewed. • Manage conflict and low level anti- social behaviour. • Report safeguarding issues following agreed procedure, and monitor that they are carried out in a timely manner. • Assist with the facilitation of social activities, and events on the scheme. • Handle the petty cash which is used for social activities, guest room bookings, use of the hire for meeting rooms and ordering fobs for door entry.
