Kim and I serve on the board of a San Francisco non-profit. She is highly organized, efficient, and lends a steady presence especially when projects are complicated and stressful for others. She listens to the group and with her skills at managing the team she always guides us in the right direction. Kim's temperament and thoughtfulness are a huge asset and a joy to be around.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim for nearly 5 years. During our time as co-workers, she wore several hats, many of them requiring her to step out of her comfort zone. When asked to lead a new project or take on additional responsibilities, she did so without hesitation. She leads by example with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to bring cross-functional teams together. Perhaps the quality I admire most is her loyalty --to her beliefs, the people she surrounds herself with, and to every cause she fights for.
