I hired Kim into a senior marketing executive position as part of a move to bring digital (SEO/PPC) in-house and add more capacity and capability to our marketing team. Despite having no previous B2B or software industry experience, she was very quick to get up to speed and showed both great aptitude and attitude for learning how to use various new marketing tools and internal systems. She took it upon herself to complete various online courses to help her understand best practice and sought more direct support where required. In addition to improving our paid advertising and social media performance, she also did some great writing as part of a new website project throughout the time that we worked together. She was also able to help me out when I came unstuck using Adobe Creative Cloud on a few occasions, not to mention being a useful sounding board for new ideas, and generally providing some alternative perspective when the need arose. Sociable, witty, and a generally nice person, I found Kim to be a fantastic colleague and I'd jump at the chance to work with her again.
