My role encompasses the management of a large portfolio of corporate clientele where I provide solutions for the provision of hot beverage requirements to these customers which it is hoped will add significant value to their current offer. The business underwent some significant changes following the sale to The Bell Tea Company as well as a complete change in senior management. As a result, the direction and focus on customers needs and service expectations changed somewhat.
