Commenced with Oxygen as a Property Consultant where I had considerable success in seeking new investors into the market. I developed a strong network of private investors, realtors and other business operators which saw my region (Wellington City) grow significantly over this time. In November 2014, I moved into full time letting role. I left Oxygen to return to my passion of B2B selling and a greater exposure to providing a solution based outcome for clients. The Tongariro Lodge is one of New Zealand’s oldest and largest luxury fishing lodges, and commands an international reputation for its pristine setting (on the edge of the Tongariro River), its unparalled commitment to guest satisfaction and its amazing fishing. In recent years, the Lodge has received accolades for its capabilities as a world class conference, events and wedding venue. My role, along with my husband, was as the management couple responsible for the effective management of the lodge business, the estates properties (17 houses and 10 studio units – managed under a body corporate) as well as a significant food and beverage and weddings, conferences and events businesses. My role specifically was charged with marketing, securing and executing all weddings, events and conferences, managing the food and beverage operation as well as all personnel matters within the Lodge, whereas my husband managed the property side as well as the extensive international fishing business the Lodge is famous for. OfficeMax is the global leader in office consumables supply. My role was to specialize in the café and hot beverage channel within the Lower North Island Region. Specifically, I have a significant portfolio of predominantly government clients and I review their specific requirements and match this with solutions that best meets the objectives of their organization. This was a customer focused role and relies on my ability to react to their individual requirements, whilst understanding the objectives of our business. Show less

Café Express is a joint venture company owned by The Bell Tea and Coffee Company and a mix of independent shareholders. Café Express is a service and distribution company, selling a range of tea, coffee and office consumables as well as coffee vending and dispensing machinery and technical support to a blue chip clientele. My role encompasses the management of a large portfolio of corporate clientele where I provide solutions for the provision of hot beverage requirements to these customers which it is hoped will add significant value to their current offer. I liaise with Territory Managers nationally to secure supply arrangements on a national basis. The business underwent some significant changes following the sale to The Bell Tea Company as well as a complete change in senior management. As a result, the direction and focus on customers needs and service expectations changed somewhat. These changes are out of line with my personal value set and so for that reason decided to move on from this role Show less
