Lead the migration from their existing outdated point-of-sale system to Timely POS, including extensive testing of 50+ POS systems and database conversions.Managed email advertising and integrations via MailChimp, increasing their reach from 5k to 23k with a 25-35% open rate and 5-9% click-through rate. Managed social media channels for Facebook and Instagram advertising.Designing storefront advertisement for 4 clinics, take-home advertisements, and in-house forms and documentation. Assisted in hardware integration and optimizations on all 4 locations.
