Kim is an amazing executive leader. She has a wonderful balance of vision with practical execution. In particular, I appreciate her support of Women’s Empowerment initiatives which improved confidence, communication skills, and increased female promotion rates to salaried management positions. Her leadership and mentorship has meant so much to countless Walmart associates who are now paying forward her gift.

Kim is a true inspirational leader. As the lead and inspiration behind the Women's Leadership Event in California she created an environment that influenced the over 300 Walmart female leaders who attended. Her enthusiasm for and faith in the women who attended was evident in every interaction. A powerhouse presenter. Her words and actions engaged the audience each and every time she stepped on stage. Her ability to connect with each participant was inspiring and exciting to watch. Before each seminar, during every break and after the event Kim was connecting with everyone there and focusing 100% on them. Influential you bet! Authentic 100% Strong leadership - Amazing. Glad I was able to be witness to her abilities.
