  Responsible for opening of one warehouse building and getting trucks moved outside for the drivers to pick up in the mornings. Currently have 30 box trucks in Fleet. Schedule all necessary outside appointments as needed for the trucks/company cars. Work closely with in-house mechanic to keep all trucks in compliance with DOT and on the road. Order parts as needed for our supply closet, so in house mechanic is able to do jobs here. Also responsible for keeping maintenance files and driver files current and updated. Basically, try to handle anything that comes my way to the best of my abilitiy!

  Opened warehouse in the mornings. Set responsibilities for other employees to complete for the day. Received container trailers, had unloaded in the 2 hour time limit, check all inventory, and get put away in orderly fashion. Pick, pack, and repack as needed for all kinds of orders going to Bed, Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Crate & Barrel, and lots of smaller shops as well. Re-organized half of warehouse when our inventory grew outside of the current racking available. (System is still in use at this facility.) Hire, train, and fire personnel as needed. Responsible for closing up warehouse after hours, and worked Saturdays as needed to keep up with the orders coming in from customers.
