Gymnastics DirectorManage a recreational gymnastics program for roughly 250 - 300 kids ages 2 - 13 years old. Head coach for a competitive gymnastics team program. Recruit, train and supervise 10 - 13 coaches. I started a junior gymnastics coach program for girls ages 12 - 15. This program is designed to track girls to become future gymnastics coaches. Supervise the largest Metro Atlanta YMCA gymnastics program and run the only competitive gymnastics program.Summer Camp DirectorManage a 10 week summer program for 300 kids ages 3 - 15. Recruit, train and supervise 30 summer camp staff. Manage a year round advanced leadership teen program for ages 12 - 15 that assists camp staff during the summer. Teen DirectorDeveloping the first LGBTQ club/program for teens of the Metro Atlanta YMCAs.Manages a fall retreat for middle school students annually. Project manager for YUSA pilot program: Finding Your Roots. I have lead and assisted in four international excursions for teen to travel to Costa Rica, Prague, Republic of Georgia and London.
