An innovation project with the goal to find a new way for LF to attract a much younger target group than were currently active. Our team worked with different creative methods to find various solutions, the result needed to be more than just a solution to their problem, it had to be innovative enough to stand out. In the end we achieved this by great teamwork and exploring uncharted territory. We regularly used pretotyping, which means that we tested our ideas quickly and inexpensively. With the use of pretotyping came the need to assemble a lot of focus groups. The toughest part of an innovation project is that we build ideas based on research and our own creativity, in other words it is our own mind that sets the limitations on the result. To break our constraints, it was necessary to say yes to everything. Saying yes to ideas that made no sense and would never work, then layer by layer you peel down the ide to its very core and in the end that nonsensical idea is now achievable. At last, the solution was a presented in the form of an insurance that was individually customized to fit every customer demands and desires. Furthermore, the solution offered different payment options, one of the payment features gives the customer the opportunity to reduce their monthly payment by selling their personal data directly to LF.

An alternate reality game project. My role: - I lead the marketing team of 5 students.- Planned and executed marketing strategy.- Transmedia storytelling.- Creating a story with beginning, middle and a end.- Content creation in text, pictures and videos. - Implemented quality checks. This was not an easy task, as we were to market a game we could not say that it was a game. An alternate reality game is played by the player without the notions that they are playing a game. Which led us to the marketing strategy that our lead character needed help to answer riddles and puzzles, that later in the story would prove to come from a devious AI named Athena (which was an owl). She was gathering intel to destroy the world. As the game prolonged the player discovered social media platforms, websites and blogs that conveyed information about the story and the player could read about “real” events that would connect the player to the story and in the end figure out how to defeat Athena or to save her.

A website project. The project entailed content creation in text, images, and video. The website was coded by HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. UX Design and graphic design.Media content such as pictures, videos and text.Scrum and agile based management methods. We were constantly testing and analysing our work. Which occasionally meant that we had to change direction and adjust our focus, which was not always easy, but in the end, it was worth it because we made the website better and more accurate to our target group.
