I had responsibility for 1 Tester and 1 developer, and I managed and coordinated their workloads and provide support for the work that they carried out (production of Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases and functional testing). This role required me to identify, define, document and present business requirements and deliver solutions through IT provisions and/or improvements in business processes accurately and efficiently. I was also tasked with improving existing business processes and to seek out areas where business and system processes could be better aligned to gain efficiencies.
