Our industry needs to have creative and resourceful people who can respond to changes quickly and effectively. Kim has been able to do that and more. I had the pleasure of working with Kim Loesch at the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation where she held the position of office manager. We were colleagues during the start-up phase of the organization. Everyone wore a lot of hats and a typical day entailed figuring out what needed to be done and taking the initiative to do it. Kim never hesitated to roll up her sleeves, whether it was to move furniture, manage accounts receivable and payable, or learn and set up the telephone and computer network systems. We also benefitted from her extensive experience in organizing events. Kim’s feathers never seem to get ruffled, which is a tremendous asset during pressure situations. Kim’s positive demeanor and varied skills and abilities are sure to benefit any organization that she is a part of.
