Kim worked with SheVentures for six months as a producer and graphic designer for SheVentures podcast. She was returning to work after 10 years as a stay-at-home mom, and I admired her professionalism from day 1. I also admired that she knew her worth, and advocated for herself. She readily acknowledged that Squarespace, social media scheduling tools, and the ever-changing social algos were new to her, and Kim worked hard to close any knowledge gaps. Kim has a fantastic marketing mind, and is able to be creative or execute on a defined vision. She had a highly developed design aesthetic, and was a masterful organizer. It also makes me happy to see Kim mentioning women of color being the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs on her LinkedIn profile. This was something we focused on as part of SheVentures' mission, and it delights me to see her join this group as a founder herself! Well done, Kim!
