Kim is one smart cookie. She is a big picture thinker who has no problem cutting through the clutter to get to the meat of what's important. She is an energetic team player who consistently brings a different way of thinking to any conversation, challenging the status quo with respect. At her core, she needs to understand the customer and what matters most to the end user. She brings that lens to any project she works on. I had the pleasure of working with Kim on several projects, and look to her as a trusted advisor when I am thinking through big problems. I would hire her in a minute--no quuestion.
