As the EA to the CEO (and founder) I provide high level and confidential support in the following areas: • Administrative and business support to the CEO • Manage CEO's diary, including internal and external meetings • Complex travel bookings, both business and personal • Processing and payment of all CEO’s personal expenses. • Organise personal appointments and travel, employ household staff, purchase gifts on behalf of the CEO, source accommodation, organise house moves, create inventory and manage all personal items in storage • Research as required for the CEO in relation to competitors and other contacts. • Minute taking at monthly Executive and Finance meetings. • Office management including, supervising receptionist and admin assistant, ordering stationery and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. • Organise office functions, eg, Christmas party, Melbourne Cup, staff farewells • Part of the committee organising the company's annual function for over 550 staff members In additional to the above duties, I am responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the company's Corporate Social Responsibility program. This includes a unique program developed in-house which employs disabled people to work in Oac campuses, as well as other overseas and local programs. I evaluate and approve requests and manage the CSR budget.
