  • Conduct Labor internal audit and follow-up compliance visits • Attend/Assist the factory on the actual assessment from Brands or 3rd. Party, checking Labor documents • Advise the factory’s CR team about corrective action, training how to perform, mentoring if necessary • Make the CAP after internal & external audit (Proposed corrective action, timeline, and PIC), • Conduct periodical trainings / best practices sharing workshops, • Generate the meeting with the factories to explain the plans, strategies, expectations, new criteria and including upcoming factory visit schedules • Update, share the new laws and Buyer’s standards and guide factories how to implement. • Guide factory conducting self-assessment and make the CAP. • Attend the training and the meeting that provided by Buyer & make the CAP • Assist in translating most of the compliance documents including training materials into Vietnamese and or English language • Collect required information on Labor, supporting documents, factory profile, etc. Check and update in the Brand's global system/website
